Your questions, answered

Order requests can be sent using the form on this site or on social via DMs. Orders are not final until order confirmation with pricing is received and a 50% deposit is paid.

Well... it depends. Large or highly detailed orders generally need 14-21 days lead time. Smaller orders, and orders for individual items (breads, tarts, etc), need 7-10 days lead time.

You'll hear from us to go over design details, quantity, event date (or date order is needed) and firm pricing. An email confirming those details will be sent to you with a payment link for the deposit. Once the 50% deposit is paid, you can sit back and relax knowing that your order is on our calendar and you'll have your items on your chosen date.

Due to Texas Cottage Laws, shipping is not available at this time. All orders are local pick-up only (Conroe, TX). Delivery may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Rush orders (less than 7 days lead time) are not able to be accommodated

Unfortunately, it's just me and my kitchen and we cannot accommodate overly large or bulk orders.
